i appreciated the hotel's proximity to downtown shops and restaurants! the building looked modern. receptionists were helpful and provided daily activity information. they also offered personalized recommendations based on my preferences.
The noise insulation wasn't very effective. Street noise was noticeable at night.

the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and offered quick assistance at arrival. our room had a comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities including nice toiletries. i liked that the hotel fronts onto a pedestrian street with several restaurants.
Noise from the busy street made it difficult to sleep. I wish better sound insulation existed. the hotel location is very central, but street noise did impact my sleep quality

disruptive street noiseinflexible breakfast service
I found that the soundproofing was inadequate. the street noise was quite disruptive, especially at night. This impacted my sleep. also, the breakfast service started too late needing an early departure. i requested a simple croissant since i had to leave before breakfast hours, but this request was denied, which i found inflexible and inconvenient.
